I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it. This hotel gets my award for the fabulous rooms at the lowest price in Paris. The only down side (if you want to call it that) is it is not centrally located, although the métro is a few feet from the entrance of the hotel. The wonderful and well-priced bistro Port Dorée around the corner from this hotel is a great place to eat for the nights when you don't feel like going anywhere. Owned by wonderful & accommodating Mrs. Jiwa and managed by the charming & helpful Nadine. Mrs. Jiwa's son Aloum owns the Hotel Prince Albert Louvre in the 1er. I really like this hotel. I usually stay here when I have to depart Paris from Gare de Lyon train station. The hotel is in a fabulous convenient location in an area which borders the 5th and 12th arrondissements.
